The Moore Center

Moore Rehabilitation Center at The Woodland opened in 2005, expanded to add an additional 30 rooms and therapy space in 2011 and has rapidly established itself as an outstanding rehabilitation center, drawing patients from throughout Central Virginia. This spacious facility houses advanced equipment and includes a gymnasium, private treatment rooms, two heated pools and therapeutic whirlpools. Beautiful rooms add to the comfort and well-being of recovering patients.

Watson A/L Center

Elegant and comfortable, Watson Center for Assisted Living at The Woodland officially opened in April 2009. It features beautifully appointed, spacious rooms leading to an elegant community area. Three levels of assisted living care are offered, ranging from help with the activities of daily living to 24 hour nursing care.

Private and semi-private rooms are available.
 
Holly Manor

Holly Manor at The Woodland has a long-established, 42 year tradition of caring. A friendly, dedicated and professional staff provides 24 hour skilled nursing care with a high ratio of health care providers to residents. The home-like environment is safe and comfortable and residents can participate in numerous social and recreational activites

Private and semi-private rooms are available.
 
Brookview

Brookview at The Woodland offers assisted living with three levels of care, ranging from help with the activities of daily living to twenty-four hour nursing assistance, all in a gracious and comfortable environment. Recent renovations include the addition of Java Station, a retro-50's cafe, Woodland Gift Shoppe, Varner Hall and new Activity Centre.  Housekeeping, individualized diet planning and medical administration are available. Residents can participate in numerous social and education activities, including excursions, shopping trips and arts and crafts.

Private and semi-private rooms are available.
 
The Courts

The Courts at The Woodland offer spacious one, two and deluxe two bedroom cottages with private patios, carports and an emergency call system. Residents enjoy privacy and independence, combined with the security and safety of readily available care if, and when, needed.

Currently, The Woodland provides a complimentary meal to all Courts residents during the week.
