Holly Manor offers private, semi-private, and multi-bed living arrangements with rates thirty to fifty percent less than our competitors. Sixty-two of Holly Manor's one hundred fifteen beds are skilled beds (Medicare approved). Residents enjoy individualized dining services, provided in partnership with Morrison's Senior Dining, specifically designed to meet the needs identified by his or her primary care physician. Holly Manor's proximity to the Moore Rehabilitation Center allows residents to receive comprehensive therapy and rehabilitation services, provided by the Moore Center's experienced therapy professionals. Holly Manor residents are also able to make use of neighborhood amenities including an on-site beauty shop, in-house pharmacy, and several beautiful gardens. The activities and wellness staff at Holly Manor engage residents by providing frequent opportunities to interact with other residents and to be members of The Woodland neighborhood. Our activities department encourages residents to be active in body, with health and wellness programs; active in mind, offering stimulating opportunities for residents to learn and to express themselves creatively; and active in spirit, including regular devotions and religious services for interested residents. opening in 1970, Holly Manor has undergone several expansions and renovations
since then, and it is approved both by Medicare and by the Veterans
Administration.
